Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, requested dates, numbers of adults and children, apartment choice and any information you include in your message.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer your enquiry, check availability, communicate with you and prepare or perform a booking or rental agreement. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing an agreement and our legitimate interest in answering and administering enquiries.
Service providers
The website uses One.com for email and Resend for transactional enquiry and confirmation emails. Providers process information only to deliver these services. If processing takes place outside the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last contact. Information connected to a booking may be kept for longer when required for the agreement, accounting, tax or other legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies and automated decisions
The site may store your language preference on your device. It is not used for advertising or tracking. CASAEN does not use automated decision-making for booking enquiries.
