Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting the form or contacting CASAEN is only an enquiry and does not create a booking. Your stay is confirmed only when CASAEN sends you a separate personal written confirmation or rental agreement.
Edificio Corona
Edificio Corona is offered for holiday and short-term stays with a minimum stay of 4 nights and a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 4 children aged 2–13. Guests aged 14 or over count as adults. Infants under 2 do not count towards this capacity. Published prices are €180 per night in low season and €225 per night in high season. High season runs from 15 June through 15 September inclusive. Stays of 7 nights or more receive a 10% discount on the accommodation price; final cleaning is not discounted. Final cleaning is €100 per stay. Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are included.
Los Almendros
Los Almendros is offered for seasonal and mid-term stays. Availability, price, duration and the terms of the stay are agreed individually and stated in the personal confirmation or rental agreement.
Price, payment and cancellation
The final price, payment schedule, any deposit and the cancellation terms are provided before the booking is confirmed and are stated in your personal confirmation or rental agreement. That document takes precedence over general information on this website.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless another time has been agreed in writing.
House rules
All apartments are smoke-free. Parties or events are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. Guests must respect neighbours, the residence rules and communal areas.
Guests and the apartment
Only the guests included in the confirmed booking may stay in the apartment. Please take reasonable care of the apartment, furnishings, keys and communal facilities, and report damage or problems promptly.
Availability and changes
Calendar information is provided as a guide and availability is confirmed personally. Any agreed change to the stay must be confirmed in writing by CASAEN.
